The most important thing in this email is this:
***The Thanksgiving pickup was just moved to Wednesday, 11/26, by our distributor. Sorry about this, but there's not a lot we can do. This means that it will be a late delivery, too, so bins won't be ready until after 2:00 PM that day. Please let me know if this changes your ability to pick up.

Midtown Organics folks: this date change means that I will already be out of town since I'm leaving in the middle of the night/earl...y AM, so if you want to pick up at Jess's house, let me know so we can make sure the numbers are correct.

Okay, back to our usual programming--

For some reason, our local egg numbers are low this week, so we will do our best to make sure your reserved eggs are available to you, but this means there will likely be very few for last minute, unreserved purchasing. Also, TURKEYS ARE COMING THIS THURSDAY, so please be sure you take the turkey closest to your pre-ordered turkey's size.

***NOTES AND REMINDERS***
1. All reserved produce and eggs are on the 3rd shelf down. If there are extras available they will be labeled for purchase.
2. All checks should be made out to Jessica Bergel.
3. ONE GALLON OF MILK EQUALS TWO LARGE JARS, so if you order a gallon, TAKE TWO containers!
4. We will have a pickup the Thursday before Thanksgiving (on 11/20) and hopefully a pick up on 11/25, which is the Tuesday immediately preceding Thanksgiving Day. I will let everyone know as soon as I have received confirmation about the Tuesday pickup.
5. Turkeys will be delivered November 20th (Thursday) during regular co-op hours. The turkeys will be priced and in the freezer. Please take one closest to the weight you requested. I will have the original sign up sheet out.

1. Don't forget that there will be NO PICKUP ON THANKSGIVING DAY, but we are planning on a pickup the Tuesday before (on 11/25), although we are still awaiting confirmation....

Jess ordered some organic eggs from our distributor since there seems to be some interest. They will be arriving this week, and they are Nature's Yoke Medium Brown eggs for $3.25 per dozen.

The chicken tenders *are supposed to be* coming, but we haven't, as of this moment, received final confirmation that they're showing up! Please bear with us.

Also, as the summer fruit season is winding down all over the country, it's becoming harder and harder to get fruit, so please understand when we have slim pickings for fruit for a bit.


Oh! And there's organic baby sweet yams for those who were shorted cucumbers!
