Okay another adventure in milk products for the Bergel family. We had our wonderful raw cows milk that dried up :((( But we have now discovered a local raw Goat's milk source!! The excitement felt around the co-op was palpable!! Not really, but a few of us were pretty excited. So there were a few quarts left from Thursday and I decided to see what I can make with it...
 |
This is how it all started |
Goat's Cheese was our first experiment...
 |
This was the final result! So yummy!! |
Next I made goat's cheese pizza. The base is pulled pork left overs from the night before and I made the
dough from scratch.
 |
This was a family favorite!! |
Next was
baked custard...
 |
So YUMMY!! |
Last (for today) is
yogurt.. I will update with results.
I thought I would add a picture of my littlest honey bunny... so cute!!
