Orange Marmalade

Easy Orange Marmalade

1 organic orange

1 Tb water

1/4 - 1/2 c sugar

Cut the unpeeled orange and chop in a blender or food processor with the water. Pour mixture into a saucepan with the sugar (amount depending on taste) and boil for 15 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
