Turkey Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1 28ounce can crushed tomatoes with basil
2 carrots peeled and cubed
2 zucchini cubed
onion
butter
2 cups pasts noodles (I used mini farfalle)

1. Saute onions, zucchini, and carrots in a little butter or olive oil
2. Take out of pan and put in ground turkey
3. All while turkey is browning cook noodles
4. Allow turkey to brown and add crushed tomatoes
5. Mix in the crushed tomatoes and cook for about 2-5 minutes until everything is warm
6. Mix in other vegetables and cooked noodles
7. Put into bowls and enjoy!

This is a very basic recipe that can be adjusted and used in many ways. I took this from a website at this link and made it my own. You can up the vegetables or use just about any other.
My kids loved this meal, it was super tasty and even good warmed up for lunch the next day!
