veggie left overs = chicken broth

We had rotisserie chicken last night, then some veggie left overs... sssoooooo that means I am making some homemade chicken broth in my crock pot.
A good friend of mine told me that her family eats a rotisserie chicken every week, then they take the left over veggies, veggie parts, and veggie pieces and throw it all into her crock pot over night. Here is the beginning of my left over veggie stock.
In the crock pot is:
rotisserie chicken carcass, celery, onion, and 3 garlic cloves,.

Lookin' good!! I usually like to add a bay leaf too for a little extra pazazz. I also add some carrots too.

AND...just know that it WILL NOT taste like the store stuff. It's much different, but when used in cooking or for to replace the water when making rice and such...it works great!
