using co-op onions, corn, and tomatoes

Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup ketchup (split)
1 small onion diced
1 egg
roma tomatoes

Directions: mix ingredients, mold into loaf pan, slice roma tomatoes and place on top of raw meatloaf. cook 55-60 minutes at 375.

Boil corn in pot with water until warm
